Well its true, finally after many many months of hard work and phone calls I've been accepted to an elite NYC art school. I'm entrenched in the full turmoil of finding a suitable residence. I look forward to sharing my experiences with you these next few months as I move to the big apple. Fortunately my wealth and social status affords me the luxury of taking time off. I'm so determined that I had William load up the truck with a few things and as I write this I'm driving to the the BIG APPLE! If i can make it there I can make it anywhere!

Midgets are crafty

Not only can they were the clothes of small children, but the size and evil hearts allow them to camoflage and blend in. The only real way to spot them is their hands, midgets only have 3 fingers and a thumb (just like cartoon people).

Bird for Sale!

After many many years of faithful service (which included biting my hand, and crapping in a birdcage 4-5 times a day) its time we bid farewell and find a new home for ChiChi.

ChiChi is an african gray parrot, we originally paid over $500 for!

We're selling the bird, the cage, and a stack of Wichita Times newspapers (which we also call cage liners) all for the low low price of $350.

3 years ago the left wing media really ramped up their attacks on the beef, and tobacco industries..both of which are near and dear to our hears. Nearly everyone that didn't participate in our MLM programs or come to our galas...turns out were vegatarians. The worst of them were the Vegans! Each Labor day we dress in a large carrot outfit and go about town and scare children, they need to know that vegatables aren't all they are cracked up to be. There have been a few instances where we have had to "roll" strollers and kick children in the fanny, I think it really helps emphasize the message.

Well, it's starting to get into the rainy season here at Pepper Creek Ranch, and the thing I like most about rain is UMBRELLAS!

I love carrying an umbrella because it makes me look smart and sophisticated...and more importantly reminds those don't don't have one how unprepared and slow minded they are.

So next time you leave the house, bring an umbrella..you'll impress people and and impress upon them your social status!

Tornado season is here!

For some those pesky twisters are tearing up their rickety houses and trailerhomes...but for me and William it's been a tornado of greenbacks!

The last few months I've really focused on my craigslist ministry, helping the lost and poor improve their salesmanship skills! Based on some of the feedback I'm really changing lives.

If I've helped you and you've benefited, I would appreciate sending a few dollars to me to compensate for my valuable time....and then tell your friends about my great advice!

Here are a few tidbits I've passed along so far:
* To the lady selling the white fabric couch, I recommend taking a picture that doesn't show the pee stain. If necessary, flip the cushion over so it's "hidden". Buyer beware I always say!
* To the person shopping for used kids clothes on the internet...one word "YUCK". If you can't pay full price for clothes then you probably shouldn't be shopping.
* To the person selling kids toys for under $10..have some pride in yourself! write a witty description and multiply your price by 5! you'll be seeing green quick!

Memorial Day BBQ - Celebrating the $1.5M mark!

To those of you blessed enough to have attended our Memorial Day Gala, you are welcome! To those that got angry because you DID NOT READ the invitation regarding the dress code and were turned away hungry...you will NOT be invited back.

Overall the event was rousing sucess. Each year we like to acknowledge our "Wealth Mile Markers" and despite the recession we were able to take in over $1.5M by May! Most of the credit goes to our proactive approach to money management, and being able to turn a dime into a dollar (or however the saying goes) and of course BIOFIXX. Anywaaaaay, I'm just beaming that all of you could attend. I will post more pictures on my 'Facebook' page.

PS: I know who was making fart noises during the opening ceremony, YOU WILL NOT be invited back to Pepper Creek ever again sir.

Does the swine flu only afflict the portly and the poor?

The recent warm weather allowed William and I a chance to refresh the pool area. We installed a 60" plasma TV so we could lounge about in our bathing suits and keep up with the latest "goings on".

All the hubub about the swine flu really got us to thinkin' (thats southern for thinking). Maybe it's true that the swine flu strikes down the poor and the portly. If you're penniless AND heavyset...you're in trouble LOL. The words "natural selection" come to mind. The man upstairs really does smile on thin winners!

Helloooo - sorry for the long absence. We just had too many trips to beautiful sandy places to find time to blog! Shame on all you people out there who are hoarding their money instead of spending it in nice places like Costa Rica to help the US economy. Where is your sense of patriotism?

Anywaaaaay, I just wanted to say that for Lent, William and I have decided to give up giving to charity! See all those people spinning the "Wheel of Money?" We are all a little bit tired of giving to people who don't take that money and spend it on new electronic consumer goods and fancy figurine imports. Instead, they are being selfish and saving this money, or buying health care. How does that help our country? I'll tell you how - it doesn't! Shame on you.

So, we fell liberated that we can give this up for Lent. Have fun without us, all you lazybone PWOMs!

We're back in God's country (literally) as of last night. We're gentry here in the US, but overseas we are truly royalty. The resort was lovely, we appreciated all the wonderful well groomed attendants. Once we got away from the resort we found too many grimy and grubby people. I've posted some pics of the trip on facebook! It's a busy week for us, we have decided to accept a last minute invite to Tampa for the big game. TTLY!

Good riddance - evictions are easy when you're overseas

It's early here in Peru, I've just ordered room service and was checking emal when I got the good news that we finally were able to evict Mamsy and Gramps. For years we've tolerated this couple who own (or should i say "used" to own) a small farm next to the southern border of Pepper Creek. I had worked diligently behind the scenes to pay off the back taxes on their ramshackle farm. Friday the sherrif (after a little coaxing) evicted these two and we were able to add another 2 acres to Pepper Creek. I'm not sure where they'll end up, but suffice it to say they still hadn't taken down their plastic xmas yard art. Good riddance Mamsy and Gramps, depart from us we never knew yee!

Detour to South America!

Dear friends I'm journaling this message as we travel abroad. Mexico was glorious, however it was quite dirty and the weather turned a bit. William called our travel agent and we took a detour to Peru to attend a Yoga summit. The plane flight was so smooth I was able to read the entire book of Revelations! (my favorite)...so add another achievement as I have now read God's entire book 12 times!!! More to come!

Back to school for Bethany and Standish

Peppercreek Ranch is much quieter these days. Bethany resumes her studies at Harding where she hopes to continue finger puppet ministry and have a paying job as a landowner. There are sooooo many rules for evicting people and with this tough economy it's good to get as much info as possible on it! Standish is a senior at Northern Iowa and got an invite from a friend of a friend to go see Kurt Warner (former Iowa Barnstormer!) play in the Superbowl. Glenn still struggles with obesity, latent anger, and lethargy (fancy word for lazy!). That's all for now, got to get the new car cleaned (again!!!).

William and I have decided to try our hand at the "hard money lending game". There is so much opportunity these days to capitalize on the financial woes and distress of others that we couldn't pass it up! We don't know a whole lot about it, just that we lend money to those that are experiencing financial turmoil and if they don't pay then we can TAKE some of their possessions (cars, jewelry, electronics, gold and more!!). I swear, it really is exciting to hear William practice his lines like "If you don't pay, you'll PAY!" and "Squeeze them till they hurt Gail".

The "Flu"?!? comes to Pepper Creek

Hiemal weather came to to Pepper Creek Ranch© this week, and with the chill a most absurd illness. Glen came down with something called “the Flu” which is much worse that it’s short name implies. We thought that BioFixx (our natural remedy company) would prevent us from suffering “the scourge of the penniless” but Glen’s poor constitution makes him a target. He kept all of us awake for a week. He started with throat clearing and progressed to a deep hacking cough and then to hocking up all sorts of things in the early morning hours. From there he spent the better part of each day sprinting to the bathroom, whining about the sweats and “vomiting”. We had to put the staff in quarantine as William felt they were responsible for getting Glen sick. I’m not sure if it was their poor diet or economic status but either way we’ve taken appropriate steps so it won’t happen again. William and I have decided to rekindle our love for each other at the private villa south of Cancun. I can't wait to feel the stress of our daily lives melt away under the warm Carribbean sun and cool peenya coladas!!!

Why do poor people let themselves go?!

As I sit here in the warm pacific sun of Maui (I'm still on vacation!)it's easy to organize my thoughts for the new year. One thing that really sticks in my craw is: WHY are poor people so fat?? It makes you wonder if those photos they show from Africa are even real?!? Those people are too skinny to be poor. I suppose it's all contrived by the left wing media with a little photo-shop/Dumbledore-like magic. I've noticed an overwhelming number of PWOM's (People WithOut Money) have greasy out-of-date hair styles, a lack of fashion. Let's not sugar coat things by calling them "husky" or "pretty plus", they are FAT FAT FAT! Anywho, like we always say at Peppercreek Ranch, you gotta be thin to win! And you know we win, cause we're thin!

Recession, Schesmession

I seem to be hearing on my favorite conservative news station (FOX!) that we are in a "recession." People seem to be very concerned about their "four-oh-one-kays", whatever that is. All I know is that my darling husband William hasn't had any problems at all! Some of the stocks he bought this year only gained 80% :( but some did really good like MXC which went up something like 300% from when we got it. Is that good? I really don't see what's so hard about making money! All it takes is a little elbow grease and some "stick to it-ness". If you ask me all these gloom and doom people are just whiners. PWOMs are like that though I think (I don't really know any of those people).

Here's hoping 2009 widens our fortune and expands our footprint of success.

Well, I'm sure you know that today (the day after baby Jesus's birthday) is a biiiig day for poor people everywhere. As a person of means, I don't see the point of running around the stores with all those PWOMs (People WithOut Money) frantically trying to buy old wrapping paper, returned XXXL fatty clothes, and tacky christmas tree ornaments! Why not just buy the good stuff without all the silly whining about how much it costs! Don't they have access to the interweb? I see those frantic people looking for "deals" and I just cover my mouth and giggle! He he! Where does all that cheapo cost cutting get you anyway? You don't see rich people doing it, so it must not matter that much, otherwise all the PWOMs would be rich too!

Isn't Wal-Mart Wonderful?

Dear Friends, isn't it comforting to know that when you need something that a retailer will really go the extra mile and be there for you! 2 years ago William and I worked for a local citizen action group to get a new supercenter (#3 in our town) built. We worked tirelessly to rid our fair city of those atrocious little independent stores that are high priced and don't offer the convenient shopping hours. I must admit, there was a certain joy watching these "little barons of greed" go out of business one by one. So today I can stand proud and do my last minute shopping at the Walmart Supercenter! You know what's funny and really justifies what we tried to convey...people don't get trampled at little stores..only Walmart because Walmart has what the people want...so much so that they'll run over the slow people! LOL

What's wrong with Hawaii?

Yes, We've decided to take another trip out to Hawaii. Our annual trip will take place 2 days after Xmas! (First we have to winterize PepperCreek ranch) It's so exciting, William has already booked his tee times and I have my spa treatments lined up! Nothing says Happy Holidays like the warm pacific sun. I must say, William's bonus check was much larger than expected this year.

So think of us while you're freezing your pa-toot's off. We'll have white sand on our toes and peenya coladas on our tongues!

Shopping makes me super happy!

What a craaazy week! I spent much of last week making sure the staff had Peppercreek Ranch looking festive. I did have to let Esmerelda go :(, like William always says "Show up on time or don't show up at all!". Anyway, I did some internnet marketing on Tuesday and then the last few days I flew down to New Orleans for some "Antiqueing". Bethany and I bought so many wonderful gifts..and I confess most of them were for us ;). Anywho, so xmas is approaching fast and I really love those last minute shopping deals. There are sooooo many presents under our tree, but i don't like to pass up a deal. One good tip I have for shopping is to get yourself a "handicap sticker", if you know the right doctor he can issue you a temporary one! I tell ya ladies, it is soooo convenient parking close to the store. Tomorrow I think I'm going to go ahead and get that new car....nothing says Merry Christmas like a new car smell. Take care!

Making money in a tight economy

If you turn on the news you hear crazy things like: "we're in a recession", or "now is the time for cutting back" or even "everyone should think about having a smaller simpler christmas".

To all those I say BAH HUM BUG! Christmas is about celebrating winners, making the most of your year end excess you've accumulated and doing something nice for yourself and your family. In a tight economy I have some great tips for making ends meet:

1. Stop giving to charitable organizations - from the bell ringers to the beggars, they all should have planned better. If you dont' bail them out this year they'll be better off next year! Plus you'll have more jingle in your pockets!
2. Capitalize on desparation- find the hot toys on the market and buy up as many as you possibly can. Wait until people are truly desparate and get top dollar for them! If they really want their kids to have a good christmas they'll pay through the nose and you'll be ready to take their money!
3. Keep your receipts and DEMAND that others buying you gifts attach a receipt. This will allow you to see just how much they spent on you and more importantly get a full refund! Cash is king my friends!
4. Regift regift regift! it's inexpensive, just be careful you don't regift in the same social circles.
5. Don't host parties, attend them! This save you time and expenses. Let the people hosting it pickup the check for once.

Keep a cool head and follow my advice and you'll come out of the Christmas holidays a winner!

Be careful what toys you buy for your kids!

It's Christmas time and everyone is searching for that perfect gift. As a rule, weapons are usually not a great choice. Being a parent of 4 wonderful, well adapted, grown children I'd like to add my 2 cents on this.

Weapons (if chosen correctly) allow the child to develop gross motor skills. They also stimulate "creative play" and build a sense of "control" and "order" to the child's skill set.

So as you're doing some last minute shopping (mine is already done..I got a new car!) try finding some good ol'fashioned weapons!

Recently I've starting doing some non-profit work with small business owners. I consider myself to be an internet marketing expert, and decided it would be shame if I didn't pass along my knowledge and help others! It's really a combination of my photography skills AND email proficiency.

Here are a few tips that can make your marketing much more successful:
1. Make sure the ad is free of speling and gramatical mistakes. This makes you appear ignorant.
2. The picture should be crisp and clean, not dingy and dirty like you're a piggy!
3. Use fanciful language, it adds a touch of whimsy and will draw in your prospect.
4. Try and review proper email etiquette when responding
5. Don't post a sale that is pending, it's either sold or it's not. remember, ABC...Always Be Closing!

I hope these tips will help you along the way. There are a few other "so called" experts out there, be mindful and careful who you trust with your business!

Christmas should be classy not trashy

Its that time of year again that I loathe...waiting for certain lazy neighbors to take down their yuletide decorations! I think it's deplorable that people wait until after Dec 26th to take down their: inflatable snowmen, gaudy lights, painted plywood people, plastic candles and lighted reindeer. I've started a petition here locally to abolish and punish those who "trash up" instead of "class up" christmas.

This initial fine will be $250, is that steep enough? I value the input of friends and family like you.

Turkey Day 2007

It's that time of year again to strike down the noble foul known as "Meleagris gallopav" or for the unlearned (like Uncle Albert)....turkey! This year is the same as previous years - we'll all dress in authentic quaker outfits and gather on the front lawn. Next, Glen will release the "Tom" and the adults will strike it down with either small hand clubs or shotguns (depending on who is closer). I've been a homemaker for 20 years so I probably know more than you (jk, but seriously):

Use the little square plastic fastener from bread bags to hold the masking tape in place, instead of folding the end over.

Put your car keys on the pile of outgoing mail in the evening, so you can't forget to take it to the mailbox the next morning.

If you soak a pan overnight in 1 part vinegar, 2 parts baking soda and sniff of the king’s brandy you’ll find it’s much easier to clean

It is better to regift than to receive, so kings to the person that gave me the bread machine because it’s already on it’s way to a new home! (trickle down economics?)

Use woodscraps from your husbands workshop to put on the coals when you barbecue fish or poultry

The Pan Flute Rocks!

Yes its true, i've found the time to take pan flute lessons! It's so easy i'm not sure why i didn't pick it up before. Have you ever been at a family gathering and a spontaneous sing along started? Me too and have you ever wondered...I wish someone here had a musical instrument we could sing along with. I don't have that problem anymore.

I fashioned my pan flute from some bamboo from the island of Cyprus I bought off ebay and had it bound together with corinthian leather. I love making melodious music with dear friends and family! It truly transforms your wind into song ;)
